We all loved him as Connor MacManus in “The Boondock Saints” and we loved him as Indiana Jones in “The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles”, Sean Patrick Flanery’s appearance has definitely changed since both of those films. It seems that he has completely changed his appearance and although we haven’t really seen him in a while, there should be some signs of aging with this handsome hunk, but there isn’t. Rumor has it that Flanery underwent plastic surgery to change his appearance and his fans agree.
The Changes
Sean was a stud before in his most popular movies, ‘’The Boondock Saints’’ and ‘’The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles’’, but now he is hotter than ever. After comparing many photos of our wonderful Flanery, there is evidence that suggests he has undergone a facelift, cheek implants, and a raising of his eyelids. His fans suggest that the surgery was due to a severe car accident which makes the surgery a complete necessity.
Other differences in Flanery’s appearance suggests a nose job and some work to his chin. Sean has not confirmed or denied these accusations or confirmed there was ever a car accident that required the plastic surgery, however some things don’t change. Even though Sean’s looks have changed, he still possesses his energetic personality and amazingly good looks that helped him steal our hearts all those years ago. And while his talents seem completely unmatched by his peers, the change in his appearances not only allows us to see something new but also feel the familiarity in his eyes and the shape of his lips.
Conclusion
Even though Sean Patrick Flanery has not come forward to confirm or deny the plastic surgery, the evidence speaks for its self as there is such a dramatic change between before and after photos. There is however no evidence of a car accident, though it is very possible that it may have caused the plastic surgery to be necessary, but this is all speculation. However, there is no arguing that this 48 year old actor doesn’t look 48 but more like 35 years old.
While we still don’t know why our favorite star looks different, as he may have just found the Fountain of Youth or a magical genie to change his appearance, we are all curious to know why. Why change his appearance at 48 years older rather than remove the signs of aging?
